  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 4 large fresh eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thoroughly wash the spinach or ensure frozen spinach is thawed and drained.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
