  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens, then let it cool slightly.
