  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
