  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt until smooth.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Brush skewers with some of the Bang Bang sauce before air frying.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook skewers for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
