  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • Crispy fried onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the sweet rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix in minced garlic and BBQ sauce.
  3. Layer the beef mixture on the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by pepper jack cheese slices and shredded colby jack cheese. Top with crispy fried onions.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
