  • 1½ cups cold water
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Stir in the melted Biscoff cookie butter until fully combined.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture without deflating it.
  3. In a trifle dish or large bowl, layer half of the pudding mixture, followed by half of the Biscoff cookies and half of the banana slices. Repeat with remaining ingredients and finish with pudding on top.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours or overnight before serving.
