- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and let cool before crumbling.
- Season raw chicken with salt and pepper if using; cook in the same skillet until browned (about 6–8 minutes per side). Let cool and dice.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and crumbled bacon. Pour dressing over the top and toss gently.
