  • 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar (+5 tablespoons for rolling)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, lemon extract, juice, and zest; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine salt, baking soda, and flour. Gradually fold this into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently stir in white chocolate chips and blueberries.
  4. Roll cookie dough into balls and coat with sugar. Freeze for at least one hour.
