  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

  4. In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt; toss gently.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with any chicken drippings in the skillet; slice chicken and arrange on top before adding bruschetta mixture.
