  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. For the brownie layer, melt unsalted butter and mix with granulated sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine wet and sifted dry ingredients. Bake in a greased 9-inch springform pan for 25-30 minutes.
  3. 3. For the cheesecake layer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth. Pour over cooled brownie layer and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
