  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in chopped onion and sauté until softened; add garlic and cook for one more minute.
  3. Mix in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
