- 1 cup finely diced mushrooms
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 bag (10 oz) baby spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 baguette
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley, torn
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the baguette into four sections and hollow out each piece.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until golden, then add artichokes and wilt spinach.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, salt, and pepper with sautéed veggies.
- Fill each hollowed baguette section with the cheesy mixture and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Brush melted butter mixed with minced garlic over each piece before wrapping loosely in foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes covered, then uncover for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
