  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup of filling on one end of each noodle and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
