  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (divided)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough, then add Italian seasoning, garlic, and half of each cheese. Toss until coated.
  4. Layer half of the mozzarella and parmesan at the bottom of the bundt pan, then add half of the seasoned dough balls, followed by one cup of chicken and half of the alfredo sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
