  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Alternate adding the dry ingredients with sour cream to the butter mixture until combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and walnuts if using. Add remaining batter and swirl gently with a skewer.
