  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions in salted water. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cool water until chilled.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add diced red onion, celery, and bell pepper to the dressing mixture; stir well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with half of the dressing mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Before serving, stir in the remaining dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
