  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned; season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix sliced potatoes with corn, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish; add the beef mixture on top and finish with the remaining potato mixture.
