  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking/air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each into a 4-inch disk.
  4. Spoon about 1.5 tablespoons of the filling into the center of each disk.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet or air fryer basket seam-side down.
  7. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
