1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
½ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup canola oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
1½ cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1–2 tablespoons flour (to toss the cranberries)

¼ cup melted unsalted butter (for streusel)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
In a small bowl, whisk together the streusel ingredients: flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter until crumbly and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, orange zest, and sugar until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, orange juice, and oil.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Coat cranberries in flour and gently fold into the batter.
Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter; top generously with streusel and reserved cranberries.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
