  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cabbage wedges flat side down and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Reduce heat to medium; add chopped onion and cook until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
