  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
