  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly, then cut it into even-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until coated. Sprinkle in smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
  4. Add panko breadcrumbs (and Parmesan if using) to the bowl; gently mix until every floret is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
