  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Place them in the crockpot.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Sauté the chopped onion until softened (about 3–4 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
