  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks (drained, reserving 1/4 cup juice)
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Green onions or chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix BBQ sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and minced garlic.
  2. Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over them. Add pineapple chunks on top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
