  • 1 ½ lb cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  2. Slice cucumbers lengthwise and then into thin pieces; slice red onion finely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and dill. Pour dressing over and toss until well coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
