  • 1 ¾ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 â…” tablespoon gluten-free 1:1 flour
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoon reserved pasta water, as needed
