  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs

  • ⅓ cup yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
