  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

  1. Slice the frozen pound cake into uniform ¼-inch slices.
  2. For the ganache, heat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream until hot, then stir in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips until smooth. Set aside to chill.
