  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the unbaked pastry shell on a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the onion, green bell pepper, celery, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque; drain any excess liquid.
