  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  4. Return sautéed cauliflower to the skillet and pour in chicken broth if desired. Simmer for an additional 3–4 minutes until everything is well combined.
