  • 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
