  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup (227g) full-fat sour cream (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces beef broth (non-alcoholic)
  • 3/4 cup (170ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (113ml) whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray your bundt pan with nonstick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, light brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream, beef broth, vegetable oil, whole milk, and vanilla until smooth.
