  • 56 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chives, and thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes into uniform pieces.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
