  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and herbs until evenly mixed.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
