  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ cup unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 1 cup Mallo Bits plus more for topping
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½2 cups mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 7 oz jar vegan marshmallows crème
  • Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, flour, warm water, and yeast until slightly combined.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Let it rise covered for an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle Mallo Bits, mini chocolate chips, and cinnamon evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll tightly into a log and cut into pieces; let rise again for another hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before drizzling with chocolate sauce and vegan marshmallow crème.
