  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over them and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard excess) and place in a baking dish.
