Ingredients

  • 5 organic green tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated or minced
  • 34 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  1. Heat water in a pot until it simmers (just below boiling).
  2. Turn off heat, add tea bags and grated ginger; steep for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher to remove solids.
  4. While warm, stir in honey until dissolved. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Add fresh orange juice and lemon juice; stir well.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour or serve immediately over ice.
