  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, chicken breast, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices on top.
  4. Mix melted butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt for the glaze; spread over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and melty.
  6. Prepare grinder salad by mixing mayonnaise, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder with lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
  7. Assemble sliders with grinder salad toppings before serving.
