  • 1 large egg (for cheesecake)
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Gradually add melted butter while whisking.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan evenly.
