  • 2 lb 93/7 Ground Turkey
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced onions in melted butter over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and thyme, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooled onion mixture. Mix until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into eight mini loaves and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. For the glaze, mix ketchup with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Brush half over the mini loaves before baking.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes; then brush with remaining glaze and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 150°F.
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
