  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
  4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom, then half the pudding mixture on top.
  5. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture, finishing with one last layer of graham crackers.
  6. Pour the chocolate glaze evenly over the top layer, smoothing it out.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.
