  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and let cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham Cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Combine remaining whipped cream with cooled jello mixture gently.

  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
