  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon into each liner.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract, heavy cream, and salt until combined.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts until three-quarters full.
  6. Top each with about a teaspoon of Nutella and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until just set in the center.
  8. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
