  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 large egg yolks, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup extra Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
