Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs with shawarma spices, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
