  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 Cup Pretzels (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (Semi Sweet, Milk or Dark Chocolate will work)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no flour patches remain. Fold in mini peanut butter cups, chopped pretzels, and chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for about an hour (optional but recommended).
  6. Scoop two tablespoons of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
