  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant; let cool and chop.
  3. Combine melted butter, flour, and chopped pecans for the crust; press firmly into the baking dish.
  4. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth; add sour cream and mix well.
