  • 2 burrito-sized tortillas
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 ounces cooked pulled beef, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked macaroni and cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortilla by cutting a slit from the outer edge towards the center.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in both the bottom left and top left corners of the tortilla. Top with 2 ounces of pulled beef.
  3. In the top right corner, add 1/4 cup of macaroni and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese in the bottom right corner.
  5. Fold the tortilla clockwise around the fillings to create a snug wrap.
  6. Cook in a panini press or skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.
