  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. For the crust: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. For the filling: In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, spices, and salt. Pour over the pre-baked crust.
  4. For the topping: Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and cold butter in a bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pumpkin filling.
