  • 6 (8-inch) Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Chopped Pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut tortillas into rounds and poke holes with a fork. Brush with melted butter and coat in a mix of sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Arrange tortilla rounds in an upside-down muffin tin and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Blend cream cheese, canned pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
